It takes a lot of guts to grow a profitable pig. The intestinal structure of a pig is its powerhouse, processing nutrients provided first by its mother to jump start immunity and sustain it until weaning; then in feed rations consumed through to maturity. If nutrients are to get to the muscle, they first must be processed in the gut.
The better the gut, the better the pig, the better the profitability.
To build a better gut, it needs to be nourished from the very start at a cellular level. The gut needs the right combination of key amino acids, electrolytes, micronutrients and hydration to encourage the generation of a robust intestinal structure and accelerate the rate of villi growth. Using Tonisity Px in Your System
Use Tonisity Px through the weaning period to help your pigs transition more smoothly and enable consistent weight gain.
To make up the 3% solution, it’s as simple as mixing 310g (2 level 155g scoops) of Tonisity Px with 10 litres of fresh, potable drinking water.
Tonisity Px is an easy-to-use powder that mixes readily with water and remains in suspension when used in a creep feeder or pan. It fits easily into all types of farm management systems. The 3% solution can be used on any age of pigs for various needs. Also, the 3% solution can be mixed with gruel to support weaning pigs or fall-behinds.
